From a sketch comedy schmorgasborg to reflection and laughter with Carol Burnett, here are our top to-do’s for this Friday, Saturday and a Sunday

FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 25
Sketchfest
comedy
Careful, you might hurt yourself laughing at The Theater Off Jackson’s annual comedy schmorgasborg. Sketchfest, the six-day comedy festival will feature international, national and local comedians. Morgan Brayton of Vancouver, BC, Becky and Noelle of Seattle and Hey You Millionaires of Chicago are guaranteed to keep you entertained this Friday. Head there early to grab a seat but once you’re in, you’ll be laughing all night long. 7:30 p.m. and 9:30 p.m. $5-$65. The Theatre Off Jackson, 409 Seventh Ave. 800.838.3006; theatreoffjackson.org

SATURDAY, SEPTEMBER 26
Seattle Bungalow Fair
architecture
True Seattleites know the difference between a bungalow and a Craftsman, but if you’re still a little hazy on the distinction, head to Historic Seattle’s 12th annual Bungalow Fair, which features an Arts & Crafts lecture series plus exhibitor booths showcasing architects, interior designers, antique dealers and craftspeople specializing in era-appropriate wares. Don’t miss the bungalow walking tour through Ravenna (separate admission; $20). Times and prices vary. Town Hall, 1119 Eighth Ave.; 206.622.6952; historicseattle.org

SUNDAY, SEPTEMBER 27
Laughter and Reflection with Carol Burnett
talk
Comedian, entertainer and American icon Carol Burnett gets put in the hot seat as audience members ask burning questions of the six-time Emmy winner at McCaw Hall. Despite the unknown nature of discussion topics, with Burnett at the helm riotous laughter (as well as a Tarzan call or two) is sure to take center stage.
